Naughty Dog prepares for The Last of Us: Left Behind DLC with an opening cinematic trailer that wakes Ellie in the middle of the night. Not much public information exists on Naughty Dog's DLC release, but the studio confirmed last week that they will launch the new content on February 14.
At the North American PlayStation 4 launch event, Naughty Dog revealed the DLC. Left Behind follows Ellie and Riley and explores how they first became friends in this zombie infested world.
To learn more about the DLC, voice actors for Ellie and Riley discuss the relationship between their two characters in the video below. The story takes its ideas from the The Last of Us: American Dreams comic series written by Neil Druckman.
