Dead Rising 3 Ships One Million Copies

January 22, 2014 by Andrea Castellano

Dead Rising 3 ships one million copies worldwide.

Capcom announced today that their zombie-slaying Xbox One exclusive, Dead Rising 3, surpassed one million worldwide shipments.

The one million shipped copies reaches across Europe, North America and the other 11 launch markets according to numbers tracked as of December 20. In just a few months, Dead Rising 3 players accumulated over 14 million hours of playtime on the Xbox One.

To further increase hours played, Capcom already released the first DLC for Dead Rising 3, Operation Broken Eagle. The DLC won't feature co-op play as Capcom specifically designed the DLC to focus on single player missions.

If you want to catch up on the Dead Rising franchise, a few retailers listed the Dead Rising Collection without official confirmation of Capcom. The supposed bundle includes Dead Rising, Dead Rising 2 and a number of Dead Rising DLC Cases.

Dead Rising 3 is now available on the Xbox One.
