Sony has taken to the PlayStation Blog to announce that the fan favorite Summer Sale — Days of Play, will indeed making its appearance this season.
The limited time event where Sony issues a ton of great sales on new games, DLC packs, and physical hardware will be going live on June 3rd. As usual it will run for a couple of weeks and come to an end on June 17th. Sony has detailed on the PS Blog some of the pariticpating retailers who will be taking part of the event.

In related news, Sony and Naughty Dog will be holding a specific State of Play event for their highly anticipated exclusive title — The Last of Us Part 2.
The event is scheduled to go live this week on Wednesday, May 27 at 1:00pm Pacific Time / 4:00pm Eastern Time on Twitch and YouTube. The post details there will be about 20 minutes of footage focusing solely on the highly anticipated title.
