VVVVVV, the shifting puzzle platformer, soon launches for the PlayStation Vita, Android store, iPad, iPhone and Ouya later this year. Terry Cavanagh detailed his goals for 2014 in a blog post on the Distractionware blog alongside his plans to port the platformer.
Cavanagh explains that he has an incomplete, yet functional, port of an iOS version of VVVVVV for the last year now, but multiple projects kept him from finishing the port. With most of the difficult parts completed, Cavanagh wants to release the iOS version alongside the PS Vita, Android and Ouya versions this year.
Following these ports, Cavanagh says, "This will very likely be the last thing I ever do with VVVVVV, and I wanna go out with a bang!"
An iOS port has been in development since last January.
