HIS Digital has given the AMD's Radeon HD 6970 graphics card an IceQ cooler makeover and with the new makeover, you can expect a 23C lower temps over the reference cooler AMD recommends. The new design will draw cool air from both sides of the fan which also includes four heatpipes that will keep heat away from the GPU.
Currently HIS is offering two versions of the 6970 that will be using the IceQ cooler, a standard version (HIS 6970 IceQ) this is with a 880MHz core and a 5500MHz memory clockspeeds and the more decked out version (HIS 6970 IceQ Turbo) that will have a 900MHz core and a 5600MHz memory.
