Stop yelling. We get it – Battlefield 4 on just about every platform is as broken as Seether and Amy Lee back in 2004. Glitches, server instability, and a bug that allows player to kill enemies with a single bullet are holding back an otherwise solid product, but the team over at DICE is doing its best to clean up the mess before too many people are turned away. Next week, the Xbox One will be receiving a hefty patch meant to fix most of the significant issues that players are struggling with.
"Just a quick note that we're finalizing the upcoming Xbox One Game Update and aiming to have that live the week of Dec. 2," reads a post on the official forums, via Videogamer. "We will share the patch notes for this update soon. The update will focus on stability and performance, and includes a fix for the so-called 'one-shot kill bug.' Stay tuned for full patch notes."
It’s a start, at least. It’s unfortunate that such a massive blockbuster has been busted this far out from launch, but hey, at least people are working to resolve the issues. Look to hear more on the strange tale of Battlefield 4 in the coming weeks.
