So LMGs usually do not get much love compared to other guns, but they are very facile in Ghosts, with the Ameli and LSAT being big highlights. This setup focuses on the Ameli.
The Ameli has the best recoil, and a very vertical pattern, if not the smallest one. This makes the Ameli easy to control, especially in Burst Fire mode.
Equip it with the Muzzle Break and the Rapid Fire. Its rate of fire is slower than most LMGs, so it needs that Rapid Fire to increase damage. The Muzzle Break guarantees kills at 3 shots. You can even score 2 shot kills if you are close enough.
Occasionally, you will want to replace that Muzzle Break with a Grip. The Grip can help you a lot when using Rapid Fire, by decreasing recoil.
The P226 is a good secondary weapon with the Ameli. It is the best pistol you can get, and it will also help you get around the map. When running across the bigger maps, you will want to switch to the P226 so you can travel faster and still be suitably armed while out in the open.
This class goes without any Lethal or Tactical Grenades. Again, the choice here is to reallocates these into more Perks.
The preferred Perks are Ready Up, so you can get your weapon ready immediately after sprinting faster, Marathon, to help get around bigger maps, Reflex, so you can switch weapons around faster, Quick Draw, for aiming down sight faster, and Focus, which is one of the best Perks to equip overall.
