The Game Awards 2019 Nominee’s Announced, Voting Opened Now

Geoff Keighly, show runner and director of The Game Awards, has announced the full list of nominees for this years awards show!

The long-awaited list is finally revealed and gamers all around can vote for their favorite games and hopefully some of them win! The list is similar to the past couple of years, categories such as Game of the Year, best RPG title, best indie title, best soundtrack, and plenty more great categories are all present.

In addition, there are some new categories this year as well such as best Esports Host, Esports Coach, the Fresh Indie Game of the Year. Check out the full nominees announcement for The Game Awards 2019 down below:

The grand prize at the show is obviously the Game of the Year award and this year’s nominee’s will definitely get a mixed reaction from the community. Check out the full list of Game of the Year contenders down below:

  • Control
  • Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice
  • Super Smash Bros. Ultimate
  • Resident Evil 2
  • The Outer Worlds

The Game Awards 2019 is set to air on December 12th and while it will announce all the winners of this year, the show is also known for revealing some exciting news such as world premieres, and DLC announcements.
