Call Of Duty Ghosts: How To Meet The Camo Objectives

November 14, 2013 by Ryan Parreno

We told you what the goalposts are, now here’s where you learn how to get past them.

Having trouble meeting those camo objectives in Call of Duty Ghosts? We have a few tips for you on how to handle them here. As always, Ctrl + F is your friend. You can always look up what goals match with each camo here.

Do Sliding Kills before Crouched Kills. You will accumulate crouched kills on your way to meeting sliding kills objectives anyway.

Assists provide the fastest unlocks. To get the most assists as you can, play team games and roll close to teammates. The best maps for assists are Free Fall and Strikezone.

Rescue Kills, on the other hand, are harder to pull off. Compared to previous games, you have to time it very close. To get rescue kills, play in small maps and roll close to teammates. This time, make sure you keep small distances from them. To be truthful, you will need some luck to pick up these kills quickly.

Lean Kills can be tedious since you will essentially spend time camping to pile them up. Play Blitz in Free fall and camp in the broken halls to defend your target to get the most lean kills the fastest. You can set an IED behind you to keep you safe. If the attackers are aggressive, you can get more than ten lean kills per game. This is also a good scenario to earn Prone Kills.

You only need to pull off three kills in one life to get a Streak. You can easily pile these up doing lean kills as described above.

Your weapons range affect the minimum distance needed to register a Long Shot, so be mindful of your guns’ ranges. Use items like silencers, that lower range, and muzzle brakes, that increase it, accordingly. You’ll also want the target locater sight. The best place to get these is the guard tower in Prison Break.

Point Blank is hell to pull off, since you actually need to be closer than knifing distance.  Go to Free Fall and stalk down campers and people who aren’t playing. If you can’t find these, go to the tightest places in the map and just rush down enemies as you shoot them.

You can use a simple feint to get Kills After Reloading. Go straight for a hotspot, shoot at the ground, reload, and just fire at random. Never mind that you will get killed every time, you can easily accumulate kills this way.

Sliding Kills are also very difficult to pull off. What you can do is hang out just outside a target’s sights. Slide around a corner and start shooting the moment you hear someone capping. If you are running and someone pops up around the corner, slide into them and knife them. These will 100 % get you killed but you’ll accumulate those objectives anyway.

For Hipfire Kills, stick to smaller maps and keep your aim steady. Do not ADS.

For One Shot Kills, don’t bother with silencers. Just shoot the upper body.

For Penetrator, get the Oracle support streak and deck recon perk. Shoot through cover after you get an opponent to go down.

Finally, Head Shots are for noobs and campers that you find not paying attention.
