Curve Digital and Kuju announced today that their brutal tactics game based off the hit Netflix original series Narcos, Narcos: Rise of the Cartels is set to release later this month for all platforms.

The announcement is paired with a new trailer showcasing the game in action. Viewers can get a good sense of what the game is all about from the new trailer, from the strategy tactics aspect of the game, to choosing which side you rather fight for — the DEA or the Cartels.

Check out the official release date trailer for Narcos” Rise of the Cartels down below:

Narcos: Rise of the Cartels will be a retelling of the first season of the Netflix series where players will have to choose either the Medellin Cartel or the DEA in two different campaigns. Fans of the series will see iconic locations, returning beloved characters likes Murphy, El Mexicano, and El Patron.

Decide whether you want to join the DEA and take down the growing criminal underworld of the Cartels, or join the enemies and make your organization the biggest in the world. Either way you will have to be smart as strategy is key in winning this battle.

Narcos: Rise of the Cartels is set to release on November 19th for PC and PlayStation 4, November 21st on Nintendo Switch, and November 22nd on Xbox One. Are you excited to get your hands on the upcoming tactics game? Are you a fan of the Netflix show? Let us know in the comments below!
