BioWare Developers Tease Images of Next Mass Effect

November 7, 2013 by Stephen Daly

An off-screen image and new character for the next Mass Effect revealed by BioWare staffers.

Members of the BioWare team developing the next Mass Effect have tweeted images of the game to mark N7 Day; a celebration of the series which started last year.

Producer Mike Gamble showed off an off-screen image of the game:

The next Mass Effect currently doesn't have a confirmed title, release window, or launch platforms but is being developed on DICE's Frostbite 3 Engine.

Mass Effect 3 lead writer Mac Walters is also known to be working on the project which is unlikely to feature Shepard or the Commander's crew.

It's unlikely we'll know much about the game until after Dragon Age: Inquisition is released in Autumn 2014 but it's good to know the studio is making progress.
