South Park: The Stick of Truth Delayed until March 2014; New Gameplay

October 31, 2013 by Andrea Castellano

South Park: The Stick of Truth gets a new, delayed released date and trailer.

With the help of Kenny, Sir. Douchebag and Butters, Cartman enters the Inn of the Giggling Donkey looking for the Bard. Accompanying this new gameplay trailer, Ubisoft pushes the release of South Park: The Stick of Truth to March 4th, 2014.

After some investigation, Cartman discovers the Bard's whereabouts in the basement cellar. Once he enters the basement, the player takes control and searches for where the Bard hides.

South Park: The Stick of Truth switched hands during development as publisher THQ declared bankruptcy in late 2012. Ubisoft later purchased the South Park IP and plans to publish South Park: The Stick of Truth next year.

South Park fans can invest beyond the release of the game and upgrade to the Grand Wizard Edition. The $79.99 package includes items like a Cartman figure, Kingdom of South Park map and The Stick of Truth Ultimate Fellowship Pack.

South Park: The Stick of Truth releases on its new launch date of March 4th, 2014.
