Sony has just announced on Twitter that they have purchased Insomniac Games and will be part of the ever-growing group of developers to join PlayStation’s Worldwide Studios!
They are best known for their recent work on the critically acclaimed superhero title — Marvel’s Spider-Man. However, they are also known for some other iconic PlayStation exclusives such as Ratchet and Clank, the Resistance franchise, and much more!
There’s no surprise that Sony purchased the talented studio as they have shown some promising work. This is also very exciting news for fans of Spider-Man as it almost confirmed more titles from that franchise!
