Toon Link joins Super Smash Bros. Roster

September 27, 2013 by Andrea Castellano

Super Smash Bros. invites Toon Link to the fight.

Toon Link will again appear in the newest Smash Bros. game as he joins characters like Pikmin's Olimar and Wii Fit's Wii Fit Trainer.

Although fans may simply request their beloved Nintendo characters to join the new roster, series creator Masahiro Sakurai explains the considerable amount of stress involved in selecting characters fans want and characters that keep the game balanced.

Toon Link also appeared in Super Smash Bros. Melee and Super Smash Bros. Brawl alongside his realistic looking character.

Toon Link recently reappeared in the HD release of The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD which released on the Wii U.
