One of the most unique features of the Xbox One is the console’s integration of TV, and while a new Halo program will likely get plenty of people to make use of the non-gaming portions of the hardware, “hundreds” of other ideas are being thrown around at this time. Microsoft Studios head Phil Spencer told Bloomberg during this year's Tokyo Game Show to expect new information on the wonderful world of Xbox One TV very soon.
"They have literally hundreds of ideas that they are incubating right now," Spencer said in reference to the company's LA studio. "We will have some new announcement for TV shows coming pretty soon."
International sports will be one of the key pillars here, but with Microsoft landing director Steven Spielberg for the TV program based on Halo, it’s likely that something else big is in the works. We’ll just have to wait and see what new information will come out in the near future, but what would you like to see appear on the Xbox One’s TV service?
