Hidden indie gems come around every now and then to show us what video games actually mean, and A Plague Tale: Innocence shows signs of being one of those gems.
Publisher Focus Home Interactive released the first episode of the game’s webseries, showcasing emotional moments, the struggles, and the inspiration and challenges the development team had to overcome to portray what they want the audience to experience. Not only that, the studio revealed the game’s release date, coming out on May 14th on PS4, Xbox One and PC. Here is a brief description of the title, and its features.
A Plague Tale: Innocence, tells the grim story of two siblings fighting together for survival in the darkest hours of history. This new game from developer Asobo Studio sends the player on an emotional journey through the 14th century France, with gameplay combining adventure, action and stealth, supported by a compelling story. Follow the young Amicia and her little brother Hugo, who face the brutality of a ravaged world as they discover their purpose to expose a dark secret.
