Rocket League Now Has Full Cross-Platform Play for PS4, Xbox One, PC, and Nintendo Switch

Play with PS4, Xbox One, PC, and Nintendo Switch users all in one lobby!

Developer Psyonix has announced today that their Cars meet Soccer title, Rocket League now has full cross-platform play amongst PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC users!

It had been a long time that Rocket League has been gunning for cross-platform play among all platforms, and now today thanks to Psyonix’s friends at Sony, this dream has become a reality. Jumping back into Rocket League today will allow players to randomly be matchmade into a lobby and play against players from any platform!

Psyonix also noted that with their first upcoming patch of 2019 for Rocket League, more details in the near future, players will be able to partner up with their friends on different platforms in the new cross-platform party system. However, at this point and time players will only be able to play against random players and platforms, until the next update.

The developers of Rocket League has been super adamant about making this dream a reality and now that its official, Psyonix has thanked the fans for all their support:
