NHL 14 expands on the classic Be A Pro mode and introduces some off-ice activities to simulate the life as a NHL professional.
After you customize player appearance, play in regular season games and increase player attributes, your player will get a taste of the life as a NHL player with a number of additional features. Answering questions in post game interviews will change the way fans, teammates, management and your family think of you.
The Live the Life Mode will also introduce off-ice scenarios that can impact your performance. In the trailer, while asking for the removal of an auto-graph seeking fan, you trip and fall, hurting your wrist and therefore decreasing accuracy and power of your wrist shot.
The new features in the Be A Pro mode and the real life player statistics updates aim to bring this year's NHL entry that much closer to realism.
NHL 14 will launch on September 10th for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
