Just Cause 4 Goes Gold; PC Requirements and Expansion Pass Content Revealed

Just Cause 4 was one of the major announcements made during E3 2018, and a few months later received a gameplay trailer showcasing the chaos and destruction tornadoes can go in-game. Now, we are only a month away from Just Cause 4’s official release date, and Avalanche Studios tweeted out the game has already gone gold.

Alongside the announcement, the studio made sure to notify its PC users of the game’s minimum and recommended configurations. For the minimum requirements, all what is needed is an Intel Core i5, a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 graphics card and 8 GB of RAM, which sound reasonable enough and achievable in this day and age. As for the recommended settings to get the best of out of Just Cause 4, you need an Intel Core i7 processor, accompanied by a GTX 1070 graphics card and 16 GB of RAM.

Not only that, Avalanche Studios revealed the game’s expansion pass content, releasing three “Packs” full of new content for players to enjoy.

Pack 1, Dare Devils, takes racing and destruction to new heights as Rico battles the gangs of the Solís underground in heart-stopping death races and rampage rallies.

In Pack 2, Demons, Rico faces an ancient demonic force that infests Solís and poses a terrifying threat to its people.

In Pack 3, Danger, Rico’s former employer mysteriously appears in Solís, bringing advanced technology, secret weapons and specially trained operatives.

If purchased as part of the Just Cause 4 Gold Edition, the Expansion Pass also offers players 7 days early access to each of the three expansions upon their release.
