Crackdown, Dead Rising 2 and Case Zero Free for Xbox Live Gold Users

July 31, 2013 by Andrea Castellano

Three new games free with the Games With Gold promotion.

For the month of August, Xbox 360 owners with Xbox Live Gold can download Crackdown, Dead Rising 2 and Dead Rising 2: Case Zero.

Until the end of the year, Xbox Live Gold users will receive two free games per month. Each game will belong to users as soon as they download the titles, and will not require a renewed subscription to play once their current Live expires.

Xbox Live Gold subscribers can download Crackdown for free from August 1st until August 15th. From August 16th to the end of the month, users can download both Dead Rising 2 andDead Rising 2: Case Zero for free.

Unlikely PlayStation Plus, the Games With Gold promotion makes games available to download for free only for a few weeks before removing them completely. If you plan to buy the Xbox One this fall, then why not try out Dead Rising 2 before the release of Dead Rising 3.
