New footage of the highly anticipated remake of Resident Evil 2 has been showcased thanks to an IGN exclusive.
The new gameplay is a glorious 10-minute video filled with action, scares, and much more. In the video we get to see some actual gameplay from a certain section of the game; gunplay looks revamped, graphics looking absolutely stunning, and the zombie limb dynamics are pretty amazing.
I never got around to playing the original Resident Evil 2, but this remake looks like it is doing it justice. With updated mechanics and layout designs of recent successful titles like Resident Evil 7 and The Evil Within 2, it only helps push this remake further.

In lieu of this gameplay footage, Capcom recently released a new story trailer showcasing some fan favorite characters such as Ada Wong. In addition, fans also get to see the infamous Dog zombies, huge monstrous zombies, and a bunch of tense action conveyed through a story trailer. Make sure to check that trailer out right here!
