All signs point to the development of a new Katamari game, as Namco Bandai has registered two new trademarks bearing the Katamari title.
Siliconera reports that the publisher registered both Katamari Amore and Katamari Amore Rolling Whopper.
Series creator Keita Takahashi isn't expected to have any involvement with the new games since his departure from the company. Takahashi criticized his former employer last year, referring to them as a "so-so company" unwilling to take risks, whom he blamed for his inefficiency as a game developer.
