FIFA 14 Ultimate Team Mode Progress Carries over to Next-Gen Consoles

July 23, 2013 by Andrea Castellano

Transfer your FIFA 14 Ultimate Team progress to the next-gen of consoles.

Just yesterday, EA confirmed the release of the FIFA 14 Ultimate Team mode for both the Xbox One and PS4. If you decide to start FIFA 14 Ultimate Team mode on either the Xbox 360 or PS3, all progress can carry over to the next generation of consoles if you decide to buy one.

With the transfer, all FIFA 14 Ultimate Team rosters, in-game items, coins and trading cards will come along too. The console switch will also retain your position in the Standings and statistics. All club items, players, cards, etc., also share a common marketplace between all four consoles, not just between the Xbox 360 and Xbox One.

The only thing locked behind a one-time only barrier involves any FIFA Points earned while playing. These points can only transfer directly to the console successor. The above info graphic will provide a clear idea of how the transfers will operate.

FIFA 14 will release on the Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS4 and PlayStation 3. EA will not develop a Wii U version of FIFA this year.
