Final Fantasy X SD and HD Trailer Compares Visual Differences

July 9, 2013 by Andrea Castellano

Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD trailer showing the graphical improvements.

When looking at the remastered visuals of older games, you can hardly notice the difference. When compared side by side, it feels like playing an incredibly easy game of "Spot the Differences."

In the latest trailer for the HD re-release of Final Fantasy X and X-2, you will immediately notice how muddy the graphics used to look. And the graphics don't look terrible on their own, just shocking when compared to the smoother edges and more distinct colors that technology now allows.

If you pre-order the game, every pre-order will automatically receive an upgrade to the Limited Edition which includes art book and commentary from the original Final Fantasy X and Final Fantasy X-2 development teams. The game will come on a single disc and also release on the PS Vita.

Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster will launch this year on the PS3.
