Splinter Cell: Blacklist Gameplay Sends Sam into an Exploding Gas Plant

July 8, 2013 by Andrea Castellano

Splinter Cell: Blacklist gameplay trailer.

In the latest Splinter Cell: Blacklist gameplay video, Sam tries to stop the attack from a global terrorist group called the Engineers.

In a liquid natural gas plant, the engineers started a fire in which Sam Fisher needs to stop by disabling the gas flow in a nearby terminal.

As the plant explodes around him, Sam navigates his way around a tanker in which the Engineers rammed into the plant to continue triggering explosions. Once Sam reaches the terminal, he can hack the system to activate the fire retention systems.

After calming the fire, Sam starts his hunt for the leader of the attack. Using nearby vents, he climbs his way around as he looks for an opportunity to stealth kill the heavily armoured enemies. In this particular demo, Sam knocks out the guard by shooting off his helmet then quickly activating sleeping gas.

Once passed the guards, Sam chases down the leader of the Engineer attack in hopes of extracting some useful information.

Splinter Cell: Blacklist will launch on August 20th for Wii U, PC, Xbox 360 and PS3.
