Developer Avalanche Studios, mostly known for their work on the Just Cause franchise, revealed their 1980s open-world action title, Generation Zero, during E3 2018.
Recently, Avalanche Studios announced they signed an agreement with renowned publisher THQ Nordic to help them publish the game world. Avalanche Studios’ Pim Holfve expressed his excitement towards the agreement, recalling the successful relationship both studios had together handling Hunter Call of the Wild.
We developed a good, and successful, relationship through the distribution of the Hunter Call of the Wild, so we’re happy to partner up with THQ again with our brand-new IP, Generation Zero. With a strong partner like THQ we can put our full focus on what we’re best at: making fantastic game experiences
THQ Nordic’s Publishing Director Jan Binsmaier shared Holfve’s enthusiasm and mentioned the game’s presence at THQ Nordic’s booth at Gamescom 2018, kicking off on the 21st of August.
Having been fans of the Weird Science our fellow Nordic friends have been doing for years, we are very excited to Do the Right Thing, as well as providing gamers with the first opportunity to play Generation Zero for themselves on the THQ Nordic booth at Gamescom
How much do you think this agreement will benefit Generation Zero’s launch?
