Sucker Punch has announced that it will be releasing the mission design tool for "inFamous 2" on April 12 and is now accepting beta applications. The best user-made missions created during the beta will be included in the official release of the game on June 7 and featured at launch.
Sucker Punch promises that the tool will be flexible enough to allow gamers to create search-and-destroy and escort missions, as well as races, platforming challenges and stealth missions.
"InFamous 2" takes place away from the islands of the first game and is set in a New Orleans-inspired city, where the hero Cole must fight "The Beast". The game will only be available on the PlayStation 3.
