Tetsuya Nomura, game director at Square Enix, took the stage at Sony's E3 2013 press conference to announce what fans have been waiting for: Kingdom Hearts 3. Shortly after the gameplay reveal of Final Fantasy 15 (formerly known as Final Fantasy 13 Versus), Nomura said that he had another, short trailer to show.
Any doubt that the title would prove to be Kingdom Hearts 3 was thrown to the wind, as Disney flashed across the screen. While many were expecting the announcement to be nothing more than a simple reveal, Square Enix graced the audience with a few short seconds of gameplay.
Though this gameplay did not reveal much, we can say that the game already looks absolutely stunning. At the end of the video, "Now in Development" appears on-screen before the video fades and returns to the press conference. However, this shouldn't be a surprise, as gameplay was shown.
