Dawngate is EA’s Newest Title from Waystone Games

May 16, 2013 by Ian Miles Cheong

Dawngate is EA’s latest unannounced game.

Dawngate

EA Games and Waystone Games have been quietly working on a new MOBA called Dawngate, the official website of which only just went online. Though the game remains unannounced, it's already possible to fill out an application subscribing to the closed beta.

The website was first discovered by Superannuation, and is slated to be the first title from new studio Waystone Games, who profess that the game is their very first title.

Dawngate is described as "a new MOBA, built from the ground up to look and feel familiar while offering a new way to experience MOBA gameplay."

"Dawngate empowers you to forge the champions you love for the roles you want in a competitive arena, shaped by ever-evolving, community-driven content and story."

As the game remains unannounced, the game's forum, Twitch.tv, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube accounts remain on lockdown for now. It's unknown when they plan to launch the game properly, but it shouldn't be too long.
