“Cry of Fear” Survival Horror FPS Announced

February 24, 2011

The game does look good despite the age of the engine it's built on, using "Half-Life" to its fullest potential.

We're not going to say anything as hyperbolic as calling "Cry of Fear," a mod for "Half-Life," a game that "brings the horror you've always been afraid of" because it wouldn't make much sense to say so without even having played it. But with that said, the game does look good despite the age of the engine it's built on, using "Half-Life" to its fullest potential.

Developed by Team Psyskallar, creators of "Afraid of Monsters" and "Resident Evil: cold Blood," this single player modification features all new assets and even makes use of cutscenes to deliver a horror game that focuses on the survival of a single character: you.
