Atlus has released a brand spankin' new trailer of ACE Team's Zeno Clash 2. The new trailer shows off quite a bit of the game's combat, giving viewers a closer look at how you'll be pounding the faces of your opponents.
In the first episode of the game, players embarked on a journey to find out the truth about Father-Mother—going to the ends of the earth and back again.
Much like Dead Island, ACE Team's first-person-brawler highlights the hand-to-hand combat in which players can pummel their opponents with their bare hands or with various melee weapons. These fights will see the player facing a bestiary of extraordinary creatures. Non-player characters also appear to be sporting their sunday best—such as an insane painter disguised as a lion, with its palette embedded in its jaw—because why not?
It remains to be seen if the upcoming title has taken into account the criticism about its predecessor, and whether they've improved upon the its repetitive gameplay.
Zeno Clash 2 will be released for download on PSN, XBLA and PC on April 30.
