Guinness Book of World Records: Top 50 Characters of All time

The Guinness Book of World Records has released their 2011 "Gamers' Edition" of their annual book, which among other things lists the "Top 50 Characters of All time," as voted on by a sample of 13,000 gamers.

While polls taken on GameFAQs, GameSpot and The Escapist would undoubtedly show different results–Gordon Freeman took the top spot in GameSpot's poll last year, for instance–the verdict is more or less in line with what you'd come to expect.
