3D has been a big hit lately so this is not a huge surpise to see a new 3D Monitor. Acer has released information on their new 3D monitor called the GN245HQ. This monitor will be sporting a 23.6" LED backlit full HD display (1920×1080) with a nice 120Hz refresh rate. This will be the first 3D monitor to support the HDMI 3D soultion by Nvidia and will also show the wonderful 3D display with a dual-link DVI. Also you can expect to see a built-in 3D Vision IR emitter with a included pair of active shutter glasses. Thats not all you also can expect a 1,000,000:1 contrast ratio, 2ms response time and over a 60 percent less power consumption. This will be shipped out in mid-March in the UK for about USD $677. We are still waiting to see if this will be brought to the States.
