Double Fine and Capy Games Are Gonna Be Booth Buddies For PAX East 2013

March 14, 2013 by Holly Green

The duo developers will be partnering up for this year’s event.

They say two is better than one! Embracing that sentiment this upcoming PAX East is Double Fine Productions and Capy Games, who are pairing up for a shared booth this year at the event. Visitors will be able to mingle with employees from both companies and enjoy games from both of them as well; Capy Games' Super Time Force, coming out on XBLA, will be playable, as well as Double Fine's Dropchord, a music driven title that utilizes the Leap Motion controller.

To mark the event, the booth buddies Double Fine and Capy will also offer savings to gamers not attending PAX East, in the form of a seven-game bundle on Steam. There will be heavy discounts on Double Fine’s Brütal Legend, Psychonauts, Costume Quest, and Stacking, as well as Capy’s Critter Crunch, Might & Magic: Clash of Heroes, and Superbrothers: Sword & Sworcery EP. The pack will be available for the low low price of $34.99 (a total 60% off) starting March 21 through March 29. Those who purchase the PAX East Capy=Double Fine t shirt will also receive a Steam code for the bundle. Get more details on the PAX East festivities by visiting the Double Fine blog post.
