Bethesda Store Sells Vault 101 Hoodies, I Hate Morndas Mugs, Much More

March 14, 2013 by Jordan Erica Webber

Fill up your wish lists.

Bethesda has news for how it's going to get its fans to give it even more money: an online store that sells only merchandise from big Bethesda franchises. If you happen to like Dishonored, The Elder Scrolls, Fallout, DOOM, Quake, or Wolfenstein, then chances are you'll be able to find something you'd really quite like to own. If you don't want to spend any money, do not visit the site or you'll come away with a wish list the length of your arm. Here are a few of the key items available for each brand:

Dishonored

With the mark of the Outsider that features so prominently in the game, Bethesda didn't have to look far for inspiration to create a wide range of related merchandise. You can a mark of the Outsider pendant, for instance, made from zinc alloy on a 70cm ball chain. If you're looking for something a little more subtle, you can get a Hound Pits Pub pint glass. Or, if you've got more cash to spend, splash out on a limited edition lithograph.

The Elder Scrolls

An “I hate Morndas” mug will geek up your distaste for the beginning of the working week. Or you could get a tee shirt with one of the Skyrim tavern logos: Bannered Mare, Black Briar, or Winking Skeever. Though the store only launched yesterday, the Skyrim lithograph is already sold out.

Fallout

Undoubtedly one of the most popular items here will be the Vault 101 hoody, which is designed to look similar to the jumpsuits worn by the player character in Fallout 3. But there are also Vault 101 sneakers, and a variety of merchandise with the Vault Boy giving the thumbs up.

DOOM, Quake, Wolfenstein

For each of these brands the store currently only stocks one piece of merchandise: a male tee shirt with the game logo on the front.

I'll say it again: if you don't want to spend money, stay the hell away from the Bethesda online store.
