More Images Release of PUBG’s Next Map

November 10, 2017 by Jordan Coetsee

Here’s a quick glimpse as to what the next PUBG map will look like.

A couple months back, creator of the worldwide sensation PlayerUnkown’s Battlegrounds, Brendan Greene has stated that the title will finally move out of early access next year – that and there will be a new desert map releasing with the move.

The new map will be a dense city center in a desert area. There will be minimal foliage but loads of high rise buildings perfect for sneaky sniping. The map will feature a primary and secondary downtown, a stadium in the city, and villages around the city area.

If you want to start familiarising yourself with the new map, here’s a rough sketch of what you’ll be able to expect:

Don’t know what PUBG is about? Check out the game’s official excerpt below:

PLAYERUNKNOWN’S BATTLEGROUNDS is a last-man-standing shooter being developed with community feedback. Starting with nothing, players must fight to locate weapons and supplies in a battle to be the lone survivor. This realistic, high tension game is set on a massive 8×8 km island with a level of detail that showcases Unreal Engine 4’s capabilities.

PLAYERUNKNOWN aka Brendan Greene, is a pioneer of the Battle Royale genre. As the creator of the Battle Royale game-mode found in the ARMA series and H1Z1 : King of the Kill, Greene is co-developing the game with veteran team at Bluehole to create the most diverse and robust Battle Royale experience to date

PUBG is out now for PC.
