Separate from its usual five-hour trial, this free weekend event covers all platforms, giving players a chance to try out the game on either PS4, Xbox One, or PC. The weekend comes as a promotion for the recently released PvP mode, Ghost War. The 4V4 mode pits players against each other in tactical 10-minute rounds, concluded by best out of three There are eight maps and 12 classes at launch, and Ubisoft has said it will have “regular updates and new content” after launch.
Wildlands will also be on sale, offering 50% off the titles original price – so if you like it you’ll be able to get it with some extra cash left over.
