Details on upcoming MMO The Elder Scrolls Online have been scarce, but with this morning's news from Bethesda, it looks like we'll be awash with them soon. This morning they announced that the beta for TESO is on the way, with sign-ups going on as of now. Those who participate will be among the first to test out the new adventures in Tamriel, centered on three warring factions who seek to gain control of Cyrodiil. The first beta test will arrive in the weeks to come with invites going out shortly before. Signing up does not guarantee you a spot, but it will be the only way you can get one, so head over to the site to secure yours (and keep an eye on Twitter, Facebook, and Bethblog to get alerts on when the beta starts).
In honor of this occasion they've also revealed a cinematic trailer. While not particularly revealing, it is very pretty and will get you in the mood for the adventures to come. Check it out above.
