The Witcher 3 is quite possibly one of the most fun RPG’s to date on the PS4, and now it’s going to be the best looking RPG with an upcoming 4K update for Sony’s beefed up console, the PS4 Pro set to release in a couple of days.
While the news of The Witcher 3 receiving a 4K update for both the PS4 and Xbox One was confirmed at Microsoft’s E3 2017 conference, there was no time-frame provided leaving fans waiting in anticipation to play as Geralt in 4K glory.
Finally, during a CD PROJEKT RED financial results presentation the developers announced that PS4 Ppo will be receiving a 4K update in a couple of days. The team also announced that the Xbox One X will be receiving an update – however it will only be available at the end of the year, which could mean that when the Xbox One X launches in November, fans will get the patch straight away.
