In what is perhaps the strangest fusion you’ll lay eyes upon, Molegato proudly presents Supersonic Tank Cats, a kart racing game with an all cat cast. It’s inspired by legends like Mario Kart and Sonic & All-Stars Racing, complete with grand prix, time trials, and split-screen battle modes.
Players can choose from five different characters, each one a combination of feline and machine, each one with a unique playstyle. Currently, Supersonic Tank Cats has a total of four zany tracks, but once the game launches through early access, additional tracks (and characters) will be featured and expand the scope of the game. There’s also your standard in-race weapons to fire at opponents, but Molegato notes that Supersonic Tank Cats has more simplified, streamlined mechanics compared to classic karting games.
