Psychedelic VR title FORM came out for HTC Vive a couple of months ago, and today, it’s finally ready to spread its wings to Oculus Rift.
FORM is a story-dense journey of puzzles, surrealism, and exploring alternate realities generated by the unconscious mind. It stars physicist Dr.Eli, a gifted mortal who sails a rocky course towards his true destiny, which is seemingly linked to an ancient artefact. Will he become pure psychic energy like Kes from Star Trek: Voyager? Only time will tell.
To celebrate the Oculus release, developer Charm Games is including new content in the form of Cortex Mode, which allows players to switch off and listen to the ambient melodies of FORM in four different spaces. Charm Games also revealed that a PlayStation VR edition is expected to release in 2018.
Interested players can pick up FORM via Steam for $14.99 USD. Note: A virtual reality headset is required.
