While Bethesda has officially announced and revealed Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim's Dragonborn expansion, there hasn't been too much details aside from the trailer…not until now, anyway.
In a post over on TheOutHousers, not only do we see new screens from the game, but there are tons of details leaked, too. I'm talking about Achievements, new Shouts, new locations and even how the expansion starts! Needless to say, if you absolutely do not want anything in Dragonborn spoiled for you, I suggest treading very, very carefully.
Also, I've listed the locations and Achievements list at the bottom of the info leak just to be on the safe side.
New Shouts:
-
Cyclone – creates a small tornado (that is pretty funny to use)
-
Bend Will – force a dragon to fight with you.
-
Dragon Riding – player hasn't gotten to this one yet.
-
Dragon Aspect – creates the dragon armor from trailer and gives stronger shouts, stronger melee attacks and summon Ancient Dragonborn to fight with you when you get low on health. Can only be used once per day.
-
Battle Fury – like Elemental Fury but for NPCs
New Weapons and Equipment:
-
Deathbrand Armor – similar to stalhrim

-
New Thieves Guild Armor – though said to just be a non-buggy Linwe's Armor.

Now, if that massive info dump wasn't enough, here's also how Dragonborn allegedly starts, keep in mind that none of this has been confirmed by Bethesda, so there is a chance that they could be fake. But seeing the screens (like the one above), I'd say the leaked info are the real deal.
Cultists of Miraak are searching for the false dragonborn (you), and when they find you they attempt to kill you. Assuming you kill them first, you find a note on them that tells you what they are doing and where they came from. You find their boat docked at Windhelm and proceed to Solstheim.
You don't have to complete the main quest to start the DLC, but the character of Miraak has different dialogue if you have already killed Alduin.
The size of Solstheim is about equal to the reach and has its own seperate map.
Player is about 30+ hours in and not finished yet, though said one could probably rush through the main quest in 10 hours.

While these might make some fans long for the expansion right this moment, I think it's safe to say that one specific Skyrim demographic isn't exactly jumping for joy when reading about this — and yes, I am, of course, talking about the PS3 Skyrim userbase.
Even now PS3 users have yet to experience any sort of update for Skyrim…and I'm not even talking about the multitude of bugs and issues being fixed on the PS3 version when compared to its Xbox 360 brethren.
However, there is a beacon of hope, though. Over on Twitter, Pete Hines, public relations and marketing vice president of Bethesda revealed that "content" is coming and wants PS3 fans to "hang in there."
Here's his exact tweet:
content is coming. hopefully I'll have some info I can share before too long. hang in there.
Not that this is just for Dawnguard and not for Dragonborn itself. So while Xbox 360 players will be able to experience the Dragonborn expansion on December 4 (1600 MS Points), PS3 players need to be patient and "hang in there" while Bethesda sorts out how to make Dawnguard available for them first.
Anyone excited from what you've read of Dragonborn so far? For PS3 users, how many of you are waiting for Dawnguard still? Sound off and let us know what you think of Dragonborn and of Hines' statement.
