Darkstalkers Resurrection Delayed for a Month

Capcom Japan has announced that Darkstalkers Resurrection, its compilation which will include updated versions of Night Warriors: Darkstalkers Revenge and Darkstalkers 3 with added online play and other improvements, will be delayed for a month.

All the publisher's saying is that the delay is to make the online play more "pleasant," and that they're doing doing this to faithfully reproduce the original Darkstalkers arcade experience.

Originally scheduled to hit on February 7, Darkstalkers Resurrection will now be available on the PSN and on Xbox LIVE on March 14. 

Darkstalkers Resurrection is being developed by Iron Galaxy Studios, and they will be adding HD filtering with multiple viewing options, YouTube replay uploads, eight-player lobbies and a tutorial mode which provides in-depth tips to the mechanics of the game.

Any fighting fans bummed by this? I have fond memories of Darkstalkers and how it was a good break from all the Street Fighter and Mortal Kombat fatigue arcades had back in the day.
