Cuphead Finally Receives Official Release Date, Coming to Xbox One and Windows 10 This September

June 11, 2017 by Jordan Biazzo

Finally, a release date for the game is announced!

After a couple of delays and some radio silence from developer Studio MDHR, Cuphead has finally received its official release date and is now set to release for Xbox One and Windows 10 on September 29.

In addition, viewers got another look at the beautifully hand-drawn art style of the game via a new release date announcement trailer. Check out the trailer down below:

Official Trailer Description:

Cuphead is a classic run and gun action game heavily focused on boss battles. Inspired by cartoons of the 1930s, the visuals and audio are painstakingly created with the same techniques of the era, i.e. traditional hand drawn cel animation, watercolor backgrounds, and original jazz recordings.

Cuphead is set to release for Xbox One and Windows 10 PC on September 29.

Stay tuned to Gameranx as we will be here bringing you the latest news from the press conference.
