If you reside outside Canada, the US or Singapore and have wanted to get your hands on your own custom Xbox One controller, we have some unfortunate news for you: Microsoft’s Xbox Design Lab store customise your own controller wing remains exclusive the previously mention countries for the foreseeable future unless you reside in the UK.
Asked on Twitter if the Xbox Design Lab was coming to the UK, Xbox marketing boss Aaron Greenberg said fans there should get comfortable. Although Microsoft has heard the feedback about bringing the store to other markets, it’s not going to happen, at least not yet.
“Not at this time unfortunately,” he said. “[The] team has heard the feedback from fans who want in more markets.”
Microsoft did say that the Xbox Design Lab Store would be coming to other regions in 2017 but we haven’t heard anything else except the prospect of it possibly coming to UK
Xbox Design Lab controllers are priced at $80 ($20 above the standard price), you can add laser engraving for an extra $10 bringing the total to $90
