October 24, 2012 by Ian Miles Cheong

A newly released DLC adds a whole bunch of Funfair-themed levels and content.

Worms Revolution

Team 17 has just announced the release of the Funfair Pack DLC for its newly launched competitive game, Worms Revolution.

The Funfair Pack DLC is the first downloadable content pack for Worms Revolution and sees the addition of new puzzle missions, new single-player maps, a funfair theme for both single- and multiplayer modes, and four additional weapons. Those four weapons are aRmageddon, the Skunk, Napalm Strike, and a brand new Knock-Out weapon.

Players will be able to kit their squad of worms up with two new trinkets (burger and ice cream), accessories (red nose and masquerade mask) and a rollercoaster track for their gravestones in addition to a new Funfair soundbank.

Finally, English comedian Matt Berry reprises his role as the game's narrator Don Keystone in the five new puzzle levels, providing the player with hints and amusing quips all the way through.

The DLC is available for purchase on Steam here, and on PlayStation Network and Xbox Live.
