As it is the case lately in the video game industry, release date delays are almost inevitable. In most of the cases it is to provide the development team with more time to polish the game. South Park: The Fractured but Whole is sadly one of those titles.
The title had an original release date of December 6, 2016, but was then delayed to the first quarter of 2017. Unfortunately, it got delayed again, but this time indefinitely. This caused Sony to announce there will be no more pre-orders for South Park: The Fractured but Whole through the PlayStation Store. Not only that, they will also refund your pre-order.
Dear [PSN user],
Thanks again for your pre-order of South Park: The Fractured but Whole from PlayStation Store.
