When you're at the main menu of the game,

• Look Down towards your hands using the Left analog stick
• Keep pressing LT and RT until you are free
• Head over to the computer at the back of the room
• Type in 'CD' [Press ENTER]
• Type in 'DOA' [Press ENTER]
• Enjoy the game
