Not all Mass Effect Races will return in Andromeda

Mass effect is just one of those games with just so much brilliant content like transforming weapons, powerful spells, beautiful environments, and of course, many interesting creative races which live in those environments, some of which, will not be included in Andromeda…

“We’ve designed the IP in such a way that they can all show up,” creative director Mac Walters told Game Informer.

“For hopefully obvious reasons, they’re not all going to show up in the first game.”

For now, all we know is that humans, Asari, Salarians, Krogan and Turians will definitely be making an apperance, but very unlikely the Quarians, Drell, Batarians, Volus, Vorcha, Hanar, Elcor or (my personal favourite) Geth.

But if you are already getting misty eyes about not seeing badass Geth giants, we might have a chance of seeing them again in possible sequels.

Walters’ also commented that other new Milky Way species might pop up in an Andromeda 2 or 3.

Knowing BioWare I’m very keen to see how it plays out.
