Sifu: How to Unlock All the New Outfits

May 6, 2022 by Matt Villei

These new cosmetic options allows you to style on your opponents!

Sifu received its first content update earlier this week, and with it came a host of changes, fixes, and additions to the popular brawler title. One of these additions was the inclusion of new outfits to customize your character. You can now change the way your character looks outside of your age going up every time you die. Before you can wear these outfits, however, you will need to know how to unlock them. This guide will explain to players how to unlock all of the new outfits in Sifu.

How To Unlock All New Outfits

With the new update, there have been three new outfits added to the game that you can wear so you can look stylish on your path to revenge. Two of these outfits are unlocked by reaching the end of the game and making one of two choices after defeating the final boss while the third one is exclusive to Deluxe Edition owners.

This last outfit is the Young Man Suit, the stylish black and red outfit that shows you are ready for business. The only way to get this outfit is to pay to upgrade for the Deluxe edition and then download the outfit.

The second of the new outfits requires to get to the final boss of the game, Yang, and killing him. This will get you the Vengence outfit. This is the more straightforward of the two, with the other outfit requiring some commitment to unlocking.

The Wude outfit is unlocked by sparing Yang, which means that you will need to spare the other five bosses in the game to do so. To spare a boss, you will need to get to the boss’s second phase and then break their Structure Bar twice without using the kill prompt. Upon breaking their Structure for the second time, you will be able to hit up on the D-Pad to spare the boss. Doing this to all the bosses will allow you to spare Yang, unlocking the Wude outfit but also achieving the game’s true ending.

You can change between these three outfits as well as the default attire by interacting with the dresser found in your hub in between missions.

You can find the full Patch 1.08 patch notes here.
